How does the tenant know he has to pay?
Every month, the tenant will be sent a notification of the rent due along with the due date. So, the tenant needs to pay by the due date
What if the tenant does not pay by the due date?
A reminder notification will be sent again on the due date and then again after 7 days with the details of the penalty charges which will be included in the next invoice for late payment.
Are the online payments secure?
Yes. All the payments are secure as the confidential details and information are encrypted, and we have the best security systems installed for our app system.
When will the landlord or lessor get the payment?
Once the tenant or lessee pays, the amount will be transferred to account of the lessor or land lord within 24 hours.
